On Thursday, 6th of March, 2017, at 10:30 am, a workshop about submitting proposals will be held in Krystal Hotel in Erbil. The gate for participating will be opened from 6/4/2017 till 1/5/2017. Thus, it is important that each university chooses their representative to attend the workshop.
